Kerbside collections:

  • A chargeable wheeled bin garden waste kerbside collection service is currently available to 4,500 properties - collected in wheeled bins.
  • A district wide kerbside scheme collecting paper, mixed glass bottles and jars, food and drinks cans and cardboard - collected in recycling boxes in most places or orange sacks in isolated rounds.

Please note this may not apply to all households in this district. Please contact your local council to find out what collections your house receives.

Recycling bank

Recycling banks and mobile schemes: A free Saturday garden waste collection service at central parish locations is also available across the district, between March and November. 50 recycling bank sites with most recycling points collect glass, cans, paper and textiles.
