Kerbside collections:
A borough wide fortnightly kerbside scheme collecting:
- Glass bottles and jars - collected in a recycling box.
- Newspapers, magazines, junk mail, catalogues, directories, home stationery, cardboard, food or drink cans, and plastic bottles (without lids), margarine tubs, ice cream containers, yoghurt pots and plastic bags - collected in a clear sack.
And most households receiving:
- Green waste - collected in biodegradable sacks.
- Textile - collected in clear sacks three times a year.
